A Case of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Arising after Renal Transplantation



Abstract
A variety of immunodeficiency states have been shown to predispose to the development of de novo cancers since the association between cancer and immunosuppression in renal allograft pecipients was first reorted in 1969, The most frequent
neoplasms
in
transplant recipients are nonmelanotic skin and lip cancer. LPD, and cervical carcinoma.
Hepatocellular carcinoma is relatively uncommon in transplant recipients. We experienced one case of a hepatocellular carcinoma on 49-year-old male patient which had been renal transplantated in 29 months aago and report with review of
literatures.
